Looking for some compost to start a garden of veggies? The City of Vancouver sells compost soil at the Vancouver Landfill in Delta - produced on-site from the yard and garden waste collected from Vancouver homes.

And… Amtrak is a great affordable alternative way to get away for the weekend. Leaves from the Vancouver downtown train station and stops right in heart of Seattle and Portland. Check it out:
