Church Lands redevelopment

Take a look at this article by Kenneth Chan on Dailyhive about Vancouver City Council exploring new policies to support Church property redevelopment like the project MOTIV has been working on for the past several years with the Vancouver First Church of the Nazarene (VFCN) and Catalyst Community Development Society.

Each of the examples shown (either built or in development) take different approaches to how the Church and community spaces are integrated into the developments.

We are excited to be continuing the development of the VFCN project over the next few months!
