MOTIV Architects is looking for creative, impact driven businesses or individuals to rent desks in their office space at Powell and Victoria in East Vancouver. We currently share the space with a Landscape Architect and Experience Designer.

We provide a turnkey desk, including 24/7 access, coffee + tea, wifi and utilities, bike storage, shower, great natural light, unlimited meeting room use, and the most comfortable aeron desk chairs.

The space is located at grade in the historic Hamilton Bank Building - between Powell Street and the railway tracks of the Port of Vancouver – kitty corner from the JJ Bean Coffee shop and roastery.

The neighbourhood contains a mix of light industrial, office space and residential uses. Numerous breweries/distilleries are located close by and an increasing number of restaurants and coffee shops to service the growing creative community that has office and manufacturing space in this area.

The location is well serviced by transit (bus lines) from throughout Vancouver and the North Shore It is located on a well-used bike route. Bicycle storage is available within the building basement and can be accommodated within reason (via hoists or wall mounted racks) within the office space if desired.

Parking is not available with the building. However, free street parking is readily available, and there is a monthly lot available less than 1 block away.
