MOTIV’s 2025 Impact Report

MOTIV has been a Certified B-Corp, Benefit Corporation and have had our JUST Label for around 18 months now. We decided to get certified because our way of operating as a company already aligned so much with what these systems were trying to achieve and provided us a way of benchmarking and proving our our goals for social and environmental impact through our work and our business.

One of the requirements for B-Corp Certification is to write an annual Impact Report. You have probably seen these - especially from the many non-profits within our community.

While we are still figuring our just how to do this well, creating the report has been a catalyst for us to implement ways of tracking what type of impact we have (ie. how many people do we collaborate with on projects and in what way?) and for setting goals for our team for the upcoming year so that our entire business can increase the impact that we have. Our goals involve us improving our own skills so we can better serve our wonderful clients and our community more broadly.
